Village People Tribute Act - Village Boyz This Village People Tribute Act is the ultimate in 70's Nights - combining amazing choreography and quality vocals with authentic costumes.   Although this show is a tribute to the Village People performing YMCA - In the Navy - Go West - Macho Man & You Can't Stop the Music, they also perform some of the greatest hits from 70's - Night Fever, Hot Stuff, Disco Inferno, Blame it on the Boogie, Car Wash and Eye to Eye Contact.

Biography

This show is the ultimate in 70’s Nights - combining amazing choreography and quality vocals with authentic costumes.  Although this show is a tribute to the Village People performing YMCA - In the Navy - Go West - Macho Man & You Can’t Stop the Music, they also perform some of the greatest hits from 70’s - Night Fever - Hot Stuff - Disco Inferno - Blame it on the Boogie - Car Wash & Eye to Eye contact.

With five years experience of touring, the band has performed in Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Jersey, Latvia, Malta, Spain, Sweden, Tenerife and of course the UK. They have performed with artistes such as: Earth Wind and Fire, The Lightning Seeds, Boney M, Edwin Starr, Louise, Lulu & The Nolans. Other credits include a nationwide tour with Sister Sledge & Imagination, which climaxed at the London Palladium.

This show has five very fit and attractive young men who are able to get any audience going, making it an enjoyable night for everyone.  They have played in front of crowds from 45 through to 48,000 (Old Trafford).  They can work with a band, but mostly play to mini disc which is supplied.

Les has come from an acting and dancing background and brings a great character to the show with his wild hair and acting flair.  He has appeared in many films and soaps with many stars.

Dave Fulton was a professional boxer for two years and now uses his fancy footwork to all the routines in the show and also supplies backing vocals.  Dave has also had many years experience in TV and film.

James Clarke studied Music at Bristol University where he achieved degree status, James has toured with the band for six months.  James is one of our lead singers and if often referred to as BOB THE BUILDER.  At 24 James is one of the youngest members. 

Jason Phillips is a graduate from Cardiff University with a Degree in graphic design. He has been a professional dancer for 3 years and sings backing vocals for all the tracks.  He has also been a professional model featuring in many TV commercials and magazines, he has modelled from Barbados through to Holland.  He is the reigning Mr. Wales and has been for two years, and has also been runner up as Mr.UK for the past two years.

Craig Thomas is the newest member of the Village Boyz. Craig has toured South Africa and Germany and sings and dances like a true professional.  With a Craig David vocal style he has the youth and ability to front any band.
